Smoothies for my lunch..

Biasanya bikin smoothies buat breakfast, tapi ini karena males lunch sendirian… (ditinggal berkegiatan🙂 anak2 dan suami). buat yg gampang2 aja deh.

Si merah ini Seger lhoo….

1 buah naga merah
1 mangkok daun bayam merah
2 sm oatmeal instant
1 scope Nutrishake strawberry
es batu

Blend it… dan nikmati segera… segaaar dan mengenyangkan…

Nutrishake. yang dimasukkan didalamnya sudah memenuhi kebutuhan giziku…
